View of the castle of Royet, nicknamed 'Le Paradis', perched on a steep hill, with stone buildings and trees below. On the reverse, a French postcard dated 1913, franked with a green Pasteur stamp, addressed to Mr. Denat in Paris, with handwritten humorous text mentioning 'Paradises, or my chocolate chestnuts, from angels.'
