Mountainous landscape of the Valley of Hell in Auvergne, with rocks and a large tree in the foreground. The reverse has a handwritten letter to Madame A. Veuchoberet, with a 40-centime postage stamp and a cancellation mark from Maladies-les-Renardes dated 13 August 1935.
