Description

Black and white panoramic view of the summit of the Gorges d'Enfer in Auvergne, with two silhouettes on the edge of a rocky promontory overlooking a mountainous landscape. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Mont-Dore, dated April 2, 1945, with a blue 90-centime stamp and handwritten address to Mr. Brandon in Clermont-Ferrand.
