Description

Black and white view of a lake surrounded by forests, with two boats: a rowing boat and another with a sail. Printed text at the bottom: '191 - L'AUVERGNE A Corner of Lac Pavin'. Reverse: handwritten letter dated Saturday, July 17, 1938, addressed to 'Ma bonne genevienne', describing a walk at Lac Pavin, mentioning 44 hectares and 92 meters depth, with a signature 'G.d'O.' at the bottom right.
