View of the medieval castle of Laval, built in the 11th century by the Normans on the site of an old fort, with walls 5 meters thick. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Jules Souply in Brest, with two stamps and two cancellations from Mayenne dated January 15, 1915.
