Colored view of the Municipal Casino in Cannes, bordered by the sea, with a rowboat in the foreground. The reverse features handwritten correspondence dated October 18, 1906, addressed to Madame Arragon in Marseille, sent from Cannes, with a postmark and a post office cancellation from Monte Carlo.
