View of the Randan Castle, a 16th-century building located in Auvergne, with conical towers and a wooded park. The printed text indicates that it was begun in the 16th century and that Jean-Louis de la Rocheloucauld, leader of the Auvergne League, was born and killed there in 1590 at the Battle of Cros-Rolland. At the bottom, the publisher V.D.C. and the serial number 22 are visible.
