Black and white view of the river Le Cher at Saint-Amand, bordered by trees whose reflections are visible on the water. The reverse has handwritten correspondence dated May 12, 1936, addressed to 'Ma très chère Mad' and mentioning the fragile health of the sender's grandmother. The stamp and postmark are not visible.
