Description

Pictoresque view of a large rock named La Grapaud, located at 750 m altitude in the Creuse, at Beyère. The reverse contains a handwritten letter addressed to a Madame, describing the landscape as more pleasant than usual views, and mentioning the sale of properties nearby. The stamp and cancellation are visible at the bottom right.
