Description

Bronze statue of Mr. Eugène Schneider, founder of the steel industry in Le Creusot, erected in 1878 by the artist Chapu. The monument is surrounded by an iron balustrade and stands on a base adorned with reliefs. The reverse indicates that this is a postcard from the Collection of the Photo-Club, published by Ch. Martet, intended for internal use in France, Algeria, and Tunisia.
