View of Les Grands Goulets, a natural rocky passage in the mountains of the Dauphiné, with a man in period costume standing on the road. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to M. Crozat in Marseille, with a 5-cent green postage stamp and a cancellation mark from Chambéry dated July 13, 1907.
