Postcard showing a crashing wave on the new pier of Le Havre, with people observing from the quay. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Élise Quillars in Tours, dated February 9, 1913, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Le Havre dated September 17, 1913.
