Black and white view of waves breaking on a rocky shore in Le Havre, with a ship visible on the horizon. The reverse has handwritten text addressed to Madame Cemercier in Boisney (Eure), a blue 25-centime stamp, and a postmark from Le Havre, Seine-Maritime.
