View of the L'Artsena! in Le Havre, imposing building with a clock in the center. Printed text at the top: '1003 — LE HAVRE — L'Artsena!'. On the reverse, a French postal stamp from 1927, postmark from Le Havre (Seine-Inférieure) dated 6 June 1927, and a handwritten address to Mme Fachtot in Troyes. Correspondence dated 1927.
