View of the port of Le Hâtre with several sailing boats in full navigation, in the foreground a sailing boat with white and black sails. In the background, urban buildings line the quay. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 20, 1908, addressed to Madame Vve Goulin in Aix (Bouches-du-Rhône), with two 5-centime stamps and a postmark from Le Hâtre.
