View of the Palace of Justice in Le Havre, an imposing neoclassical-style building with colonnades and stairs. Printed text at the top: 'B. 18. - LE HAVRE. - The Palace of Justice'. On the reverse, a postcard sent on April 28, 1939, stamped with 50 centimes, with a cancellation 'LE HAVRE 28-IV-39' and addressed to Marseille. Handwritten message signed 'Élizabett'.
