Statue of Augustin Normand in Le Havre, topped with a male figure holding a book, with sculptures at the base. Printed text at the bottom: 'LE HAVRE — Statue of Augustin Normand'. Reverse: handwritten address to Mademoiselle Camille Charnot in Châteaufort, noting that foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the reverse. French 10-centime postage stamp canceled.
