Description

View of a Renaissance house dating from circa 1520-1530, restored in the 19th century, located in Le Mans, Rue des Chanoines. The stone building features Gothic and Renaissance architectural details, with mullioned windows and a gabled roof. On the reverse, a postcard dated 31 September 1925, addressed to Madame Destouches in Châtellerault, contains a handwritten message from the sender, Adélaïde Heijert, mentioning her vacation in Le Mans and her regret at not being able to stay longer.
