Description

Sepia-toned view of the Tower of Freedom on Mont Saint-Michel, with a small boat on the beach at low tide. The reverse features an inscription in French and English about the old quays, a 40-centime blue postmark, a circular cancellation of Cérences (Manche), and a handwritten address to Monsieur Dumont in Paris.
