Front view of the Pont du Gard, a Roman stone monument crossing a river with two people on the bank. Printed text at the top: '37 Le Pont du Gard viewed from the front – A. R.'. Reverse: handwritten address to Madame Denise Josse in Saint-Rémy, with a 10-centime French postage stamp and postmark from Alès dated 21/04/1930.
