Description

View of the wharf in Le Portel with several moored boats and buildings along the shore, including the Belle Vue Hotel and a café-restaurant. The reverse features a handwritten address to M. F. Lamare in Paris, as well as a 5-centime postage stamp and a cancellation 'PASDE' dated 21 July 1921.
