View of the observatory and tower of Puy-de-Dôme from 1909, with a man in a suit and hat in the foreground. Printed text at the bottom: 'LE PUY-DE-DÔME L'OBSERVATOIRE ET LA TOUR'. Reverse: 5-centime stamp, postmark 'Puy-de-Dôme 4 April 1909', handwritten address to Nadamant Coissard, mathematics teacher in Gournus, and note 'All foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front side'.
