Description

Panoramic view of a village nestled in an alpine valley, bordered by steep mountains and crossed by the Romanche. Text printed at the top: 'LES ALPES 20. La Grave (1526m). — Bords de la Romanche'. On the back, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Cher Marie', with a mention of 'la poste' and a partially obliterated postmark. Red stamp 'République Française' with a motif of Mont-Blanc, partially torn.
