Snowy view of an alpine village with a church in the center, surrounded by snowy mountains and forests. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Gap, dated July 31, 1947, with a 15-franc stamp and handwritten address to Louis Giraud in Cours-Neuve. The publisher is Abel, and the text mentions 'Pit de l'Arguelle (2623 m)' and 'Les Alpes'.
