Black and white aerial view of the Arenas of Arles and the plain of Montmajour, with the ruins of the amphitheater in the foreground. On the back, handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Monsieur le Curé of the Saint-Raphaël Church of Cébazan' and a 15-centime stamp of Napoleon III canceled in Arles on July 19, 1903.
