View of the main street of Les Baux, showing the ruins of the ancient city gate from the 10th century and the church that was demolished and rebuilt several times. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Mademoiselle Berisson at Campagne, Quartier Sainte-Marie, Banon, in Provence, with two 10-centime stamps and a postmark from Maïs (Ain) dated August 29, 1934.
