Two women in traditional attire near a covered well, one holding a basket, the other a bucket. Printed text in capital letters on the front: 'Non, mé Gilbert, l'argent fait pas l'honheur. Chen nous v'a rin, mais j'jous cumons d'on cœur. J'trimons tout deux aux ovrag's de la terre. Et j'sont heureux, oni au peuveu bon n'craire.' Back: missing postmark, handwritten '18' and 'M' at the top left, space for correspondence and address.
