View of a composite castle in Countryside, in the countryside of Périgord, with a round tower, a square keep, and a rectangular pavilion with slate roof. The back details its history: restored in the 17th century, it was occupied by the English in 1432, then sold to Jean Bonald and the Chevigné family. Printed text in French, publisher mentioned.
