Black and white view of the Gorges du Verdon, taken from the entrance of a tunnel, with a stream in the bottom of a canyon with steep rocky walls. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated June 30, 1936, addressed to 'Bar Lucien' in Cambon, signed by 'Anne Montuire', mentioning memories and wishes for happiness.
