Description

Black-and-white panoramic view of Lac Blanc and the Château de Hans in the Hautes Vosges, with handwritten text on the front indicating that the sender was unable to reach the location as it is on the other side of the border. The reverse features a handwritten address to Mr. Charles Gerber in Valence-sur-Rhône, a cancellation stamp from Valence 25-5-1915, and a 25-centime French postage stamp.
