Description

Black-and-white view of the Dordogne gorges near the dam, with a winding road along the edge of a watercourse surrounded by dense vegetation. Printed text at the bottom: 'The Beautiful Gorges of the Dordogne Dam at LA BOURBOULE'. On the back, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame and Monsieur Gillard in Chaugui, with a stamp and postmark from Saint-Échiche (Allier) dated August 25, 1908.
