Sepia-toned view of leaning maritime pines at the edge of the sea, on a coastal rock. On the reverse, printed text reads 'The Pines Caught at Île Ste-Marguerite', handwritten address to 'Monsieur Lemair' in Oise, and a postmark from Nice dated 29 October 1933. The publisher is Braun & Cie, Nice.
