Panoramic view of a lake surrounded by steep mountains and some traces of snow, with a 15-centime French postmark. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 5, 1918, addressed to Lieutenant Dorury in Bar-le-Duc, with a postmark from Ax-les-Thermes (Ariège).
