Description

Black and white view of the ruins of Nideck, located 600 meters above sea level near Maison Forestière (Bas-Rhin), with remnants of stone walls and towers amid a dense forest. On the back, a handwritten letter addressed to Claude Vincent in Valenciennes, with a French postage stamp from 1930 and a postmark from Wangenbourg (Bas-Rhin).
