View of the Grand-Hôtel in Leysin, a mountain establishment with ornate facades and balconies, surrounded by forests. The reverse bears a handwritten address to Madame Coigny in Paris, a 10-centime green stamp, and a postmark from Leysin dated November 4, 1905.
