View of the Town Hall of Libourne, a historic building dating from the XIIIth, XIVth and XVth centuries, with a bell tower and arcades on the ground floor. The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to Mrs. Thibaut in Marsac, with a 50-centime postmark and a cancellation from Libourne.
