View of the Provincial Government Hotel in Liège, Gothic building with arcades and ornate windows, lively street with carriages and tramway tracks. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated 8 December 1919, sent from Herstal to Mr. Louis Monchoux in Étampes (France), with stamp and postmark from Liège.
