View of the Gothic portal of Saint-Martin Abbey in Ligugé, with a religious figure in a black robe in front of the building surrounded by trees. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame Sophie Giraud in Saint-Laurin (Nièvre), with a Saint-Laurin (Nièvre) postmark dated August 19, 1904, and a Ligugé (Vienne) postmark dated August 31, 1904.
