View of the Town Hall in Limoges, an imposing neo-Renaissance building with a central clock and bell tower. In the foreground, a fountain surrounded by trees and a few people. Reverse: 15-centime postage stamp, cancellation mark 'LIMOGES' dated 29 September 1929, handwritten address to 'Mme Delorme' in Fontainebleau, and signature 'Lemoine' with date.
