View of the City Hall of Limoges, an imposing building with a central tower adorned with a clock and sculptures, in front of a fountain. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to 'M. 8° group' in Malakoff, dated August 20, 1917, with a postmark and a cancellation stamp from 'LIMOGES-GARE' originating from 'Vienne'.
