Description

Black and white view of Lisbon, showing the river with a passenger boat in motion, bordered by historic buildings. On the reverse, a Portuguese 90 centavos postage stamp, postmark from Lisbon dated August 8, 1956, and handwritten address to Vila Rantette in Amsterdam, with the inscription 'NÃO ESPERE QUE A LE LHO IMPONHA'.
