Description

Interior of an intimate chapel with an altar and statue of the Virgin Mary, adorned with columns and stained glass. The printed text above the altar reads 'THE HOLY VIRGIN HAS RAISED HERSELF TOWARD ME AND MY SISTER'. On the back, a handwritten letter dated 30-9-1929, addressed to Madame H. Martin in Rouen, mentions the legend of the Virgin's statue and the memory of the chapel.
