Detail of a stone sculpture depicting a clawed salamander climbing a trunk, above a stylized fruit, on the Manor of the Salamander in Lisieux. The reverse has handwritten text dated July 23, 1914, addressed to Mr. Roles in Agniers, with a violet 40-centime stamp and a cancellation from Lisieux.
