Sepia-toned view of a harbor with houses along the shore and several boats, including one with a man sitting. Printed text at the bottom left: 'TARBY' and 'N° 3180'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to Monsieur H. Fabry in Tournai, Belgium, with two blue stamps (50c and 40c) and a postmark from Martigues (1929).
