Colorized view of Smithfield Market in London, showing a large entrance adorned with statues and arcades, with pedestrians and horse-drawn vehicles in the courtyard. The reverse features handwritten correspondence addressed to a professor in Paris, a postmark dated May 16, 1915, and a 1d stamp for foreign correspondence.
