Description

Colored postcard depicting St. Paul's Cathedral in London, with a double-decker bus visible at the bottom left. The reverse indicates that it is published by Valentine & Sons, Ltd., London, and contains printed text describing the building as designed by Sir Christopher Wren, begun in 1675 after the destruction of the old cathedral in 1666, with a cost of one million pounds and a height of 400 feet. A 9½ pence stamp is affixed at the top right.
