Description

Postcard showing the church of Longpont, a remnant of the abbey founded in the 11th century by Guy Trousselle and his wife Hodienne, attracting a large crowd on Sundays and on the Tuesday of Pentecost. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Baully in Saint-Julien-Sennecy-le-Grand, with a violet 20-centime stamp and a cancellation from Bagnols-sur-Cèze dated August 1st, 1904.
