View of the Grotte de Notre-Dame de Lourdes in Longuyon, with a statue of the Virgin Mary nestled in a rocky formation and a small metal gate. The reverse features a handwritten address to Dierenhofen, an Italian cancellation dated 14.02.1917, and a blue postage stamp with the inscription 'K.F.'.
