View of the facade of the Lourdes sanctuary, adorned with a sculpted tympanum depicting the Virgin Mary and the Child Jesus, with the Latin inscription 'QUASI ROSA PLANTATA SUPER RIVOS AQUA...'. On the reverse, a green 5-centime postmark, a Lourdes dispatch stamp of 16 May 1905, and a handwritten address to Madame Pauline Simonet in Vitry-sur-Seine.
