Black and white view of the viaduct of Pie du Jér in Lourdes, with a train running on the stone viaduct amidst a mountainous landscape. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated October 13, 1918, addressed to Mme Meichlen in Lourdes, with a 20 centime stamp and a Lourdes cancellation dated August 23, 1918.
